Vladimir a seasoned engineer and residential developer with over 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. Born and raised in USSR, Vladimir began their career as a civil engineer, specializing in innovative building techniques. In the early 1990s, seeking new opportunities, he moved to Spain, where he pioneered the design and construction of custom homes, rapidly earning a reputation for quality and precision in a competitive market.
In 2015, Vladimir relocated to the United States, bringing his expertise deep understanding of European construction standards to America.
Beyond his work in real estate, Vladimir is an avid investor with a keen interest in the stock market. His passion for finance and strategic investments extends to both personal and professional ventures, where he seeks opportunities to grow wealth and apply his engineering mindset to make informed, long-term financial decisions. This diverse skill set and entrepreneurial spirit have helped him achieve success in both the real estate and investment sectors.
Alexander Bergman
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Alexander brings a wealth of expertise in project management, development strategy, and construction operations to every project he oversees.Starting his career as a project manager, Alexander quickly gained a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to bring complex projects to fruition on time and within budget. His deep understanding of construction processes, coupled with a strong background in team coordination and stakeholder management, has allowed him to successfully manage both small-scale and large-scale residential developments.As Director of Development, Alexander plays a critical role in identifying new development opportunities, managing the overall project lifecycle, and ensuring that all projects align with the company’s goals for innovation, sustainability, and community impact. He works closely with architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders to deliver residential properties that not only meet market demand but also enhance the quality of life for future residents.Passionate about driving the growth and success of SkyeLine Craft Development, Alexander is committed to leveraging his experience to create sustainable, high-quality living spaces that reflect the evolving needs of modern communities. He is also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of development professionals, helping to cultivate a strong, collaborative team within the company.Outside of work, Alexander enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest trends in urban design and real estate development, as well as spending time with his family and pursuing outdoor activities.
John Kirkland
John Kirkland is a financial professional with extensive experience in wealth management, estate operations, and real estate finance. As the Director of Finance at SkyLine Craft Development, John oversees the financial strategy and operations for the company’s diverse portfolio of residential development projects, ensuring that each project is executed within budget and on schedule while maximizing returns for stakeholders.
John also serves as the Family Office Manager, where he is responsible for managing investments, real estate holdings, and personal estates. His experience in managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, optimizing asset performance, and handling complex financial and legal matters has equipped him with a strong understanding of wealth preservation and growth.
John also worked as an Estate Manager, where he handled everything from property maintenance and staff coordination to overseeing significant renovation and development projects for private estates. This unique combination of experience in both family office management and real estate has given John a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of both personal and commercial real estate needs.
At SkyLine Craft Development, John applies his expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company’s mission of delivering high-quality residential developments. Outside of work, John is passionate about real estate investment and is actively involved in various philanthropic endeavors, particularly in the areas of education and housing. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
